Cooking Class & Pop-Up Dinner Friday, October 7, Class begins at 5:30, Special guest award-winning Chef Diego Hernandez from Ensenada, Mexico joins Janos Wilder for the fourth in a series of "DOWNTOWN'S Around the Globe-Cities of Gastronomy" cooking classes and pop-up dinners. A trailblazing menu is planned, featuring signature ingredients from Tucson and Ensenada, one of Tucson's "sister" Cities of Gastronomy and the final stop on DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails summer culinary adventure. Chef Hernandez will share some of his "Baja California" signature recipes from his restaurant Corazon de Tierra in Guadalupe, named one of the top restaurants in Latin America. Class includes demonstration and recipes followed by hors d'oeuvres, a five-course dinner and beverages.
